Virgilio Medrano (Llillo), 87, of Virginia passed away on January 29, 2019. He was born in Santo Domingo, DR on January 11, 1931 to Tomas and Virginia Medrano.
Virgilio’s father and his wife’s father, were good friends. That is how Virgilio met Eunice, the love of his life. They were married in New York on May 10, 1963.
His favorite baseball team was the New York Yankees. Virgilio’s hobby was cooking for his family. He worked at a hospital in New York until he retired.
He was baptized a Jehovah's Witness on May 10, 1977. Virgilio was a member of the Newport News Spanish Congregation, in Newport News, Virginia.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Eunice Medrano; children, Ramses Medrano, Ivelty Medrano, Bernis Medrano and Yeraida Medrano; 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren who will also miss him; as well as many friends and other relatives.
