Sophia Crudup

Sophia Joanne Crudup was born on December 12,1985 the second daughter of Elaine and Joseph Crudup and younger sister to Sonya J. Wallace. She graduated from Neptune High School in 2004.

Sophia had three children; Aryannah and Xavier Stevenson and Christopher Crudup. She worked for a while in food service at CentraState Medical Center.

Sophie enjoyed traveling. She drove her mother Elaine up to Boston, MA for a surprise bridal shower for her cousin and later drove all the way to Columbus, OH with Elaine, Sonya and the children for the wedding. She also made road trips to Virginia, Maryland and Georgia. Sophia enjoyed movies, dining out and visiting the Atlantic City Casinos. She also enjoyed old school music.

Sophie was preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Crudup, aunt, LeAnne P Hughley, and her uncle, Ty C. Guda.

She departed this life on May 1, 2024 leaving to mourn her loss her children,
only sister, one niece, Nyrai Wallace, one aunt, uncles, Jahmal and George Thomas, and many cousins and friends.
