Ralph Carlton Henderson, 66, of Toms River, NJ passed away February 26, 2021 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. He was born in Little Rock, AR on July 19, 1954 to Willie Henderson and Lodia Powell.
Ralph moved to Lakewood, NJ at a young age and attended the Lakewood School System. After High School he worked at Jamesburg Correctional Facility and retired after 30 years of service.
Ralph had two daughters, Roslyn and Denee. He met his love, Ruby, in 1996 and later married in 2006, blending the two families Ruby, Shante, Denee and Ralph. Enjoying life after retirement he loved to fish, play the lottery, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Willie Henderson and Lodia Powell, daughter, Roslyn Baynard, sisters, Linda Kay King, Equilla Lloyd, and Willie Lee Belgebenwoh, brothers, Henry Henderson, Odester Reed, and Howard Lee Nash.
He is survived by wife, Ruby Moore Henderson, daughters, Denee Davis (Duane), and Shante Murray (Sydney), grandchildren, Nia, Nahki, Nikko, Devante, Niangel, Makayla, Cristiana, Madison, Makenzie, Josiah, Victory and Jubilee, siblings, Ida Mae Lowery, Denise Smith, Delores White, Essie Mae Saunders, Bobbie Henderson, Glenda P. Saunders, Janice Powell, Bessie White (Tory), Steve Eackles, Gary Powell, Kenny Powell (Missy), and host of nieces and nephews.
