Lebert Roy Tugman

Lebert Roy Tugman, 65, of Asbury Park, New Jersey passed away on September 15, 2021 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, New Jersey.  He was born on April 15, 1956 in Clarendon, Jamaica to Kenneth and Claris Tugman.

Lebert was employed as a construction worker for many years. He enjoyed music, cooking, and spending time with his family.  Lebert met his longtime partner, Odester Taylor, and together they raised four children, Gail, Marlow, Tawanda, and Kenneth.

He is survived by three sisters, Lucille, Lola, and Leonie, three brothers, Lenford, Linval, and Phillip, niece, Robin, nephew, Kurt, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
