Kendra Asia-Latiche Smith

Kendra Asia-Latiche Smith was born October 28, 1987, in Neptune, New Jersey, to James Fredrick Smith Jr. and Estelle Anntoinette Smith. She departed this life on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.

Kendra attended schools within the Lakewood and Manchester Public School System. She obtained her High School Diploma in 2013.

Kendra was employed as a retail manager at the Dollar Tree. She enjoyed traveling, softball, dancing, basketball and attending family events. Kendra was truly a “foodie.” She especially enjoyed dining at Bahama Breeze, Red Robin, and eating Caribbean cuisine. She was a strong, caring, and giving person. Kendra’s family and friends will always cherish the memories that she leaves behind.

She was predeceased by grandfathers, James Fredrick Smith, Sr., Jose’ DeCausey, and Cecil Copes, grandmother, Narcissus Smith, and uncle, Daren Smith.

Kendra leaves to cherish her memories her loving children, Ziyanna and Ziyaire Smith, parents, James Fredrick Smith, Jr. and Estelle Anntoinette Smith, brother, James Fredrick Smith, III “Trey”, great-grandmother, Estelle Shockley, grandmother, Millicent Brown, godmother, Charlene Samuels, great-uncles, Francis DeCausey, Pierre DeCausey, and John Brown, great-great aunt, Joyce King (Robert), great-aunts, Florine  Lambe  (Eugene), and Phyllis, aunts, Lisa Smith, Barbara DeCausey, Jennifer Smith, and Cecilia Taylor (Jonathan), uncles, John Brown (Ivy), Jeffrey Smith, Josh DeCausey, and Stephen Smith, loving niece, Sanai Smith, sister-cousins, Shantel Brown, Kei-Asia Smith, and Jazzmine Terry, special friend, Marcellus Cutler, and a host of great-uncles, great-aunts, cousins, and friends to cherish her memories.
