Elsia R. Huntley

Elsia R. Huntley, 71, of Asbury Park, NJ passed away on September 28, 2020.  God called a loving mom and grandmother home.  She was born in Long Branch, NJ on August 3, 1949 to George and Minnie Huntley.

She attended the Asbury Park public schools.  Elsia was the strongest woman we knew; she was always taking care of her family and other people. She was very hardworking, loved shopping for shoes, and would keep others with her in the store for hours. She also loved to cook and keep a clean house.

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Minnie Huntley; and son, Jermaine Huntley. She is survived by her only daughter,  Marcia Huntley; sons, Troy, Roy, and Sharif Huntley; grandchildren, Jessica, Veronica, London, Juwan, Amani, Allani, Ashanii, Azeon, Allayah, Ameir, Arielle, Jahkeem, Brandy, Destinee, Jareef, Aubrey Bella;  great grandchildren, Vamya, Tamia, King, Taj, Chase, Bryson, and Chance; and a host of family and friends.
