Devin M. Manley, 28, of Neptune, New Jersey passed away on March 9, 2021. He was born in Long Branch, New Jersey on November 24, 1992, where he lived his life to the fullest. He was the son of Joan Manley of Neptune, New Jersey and graduated from the Children’s Center of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Elverta “Sis” Manley and John W. Manley, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Joan Manley of Neptune, NJ, brothers, Darnell Jermaine Manley, and Jordan Manley, uncle, John W. Manley, Jr. of Neptune, NJ, aunts, Jean Manley of Piscataway, NJ, and Patricia (James, Ethan, Elisha) White of Delaware, and a host of family, friends, and loved ones.
