Catherine Plummer

Catherine Plummer, 63, of Asbury Park, NJ passed away on December 12, 2020.  She was born on June 7, 1957 in Millen, GA to John Plummer and Lottie Tobie.

Catherine moved to New Jersey when she was in her twenties. She was baptized in Friendship Baptist Church in Asbury Park, NJ under the spiritual leadership of the late Reverend Brown.

Catherine’s hobbies included her passion for spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and playing cards games. She loved helping in her community. She was strong, grave, and known for getting the job done.

She was predeceased by her father, John Plummer. She is survived by her mother Lottie Tobie; children, Kizzie Plummer, Irene Plummer, Samuel Plummer, and Ashley Plummer; grandchildren, Juwon Sapp, Jimere Sapp, Shaleek Brown, Samiyah Plummer, and Ava Jean Baptist; siblings, David Tobie, Barbara Plummer, Rickey Plummer, Walter Tobie; and a host of nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
