Bobby L. Plummer

Bobby “Barbara” Plummer was born on July 12, 1959, to the late Samuel Mosley and Lottie Tobie in Millen, GA. Barbara moved to New Jersey in her early twenties. She was suddenly called home to glory on August 18, 2021.

Barbara was baptized in Friendship Baptist Church in Asbury Park, NJ under the spiritual leadership of the late Reverend Brown.  Her hobbies included her passion for spending time with the family, dancing and playing cards games. She loved helping anyone who was in need. She was strong, funny, and known for her love of children.

Barbara was predeceased by her father, Samuel Mosley, and oldest sister, Catherine Plummer. She is survived by her mother, Lottie Tobie, aunt, Lena Bradford (to whom she was very close), children, Dennis Plummer, Robert Plummer, and Katie Rice, grandchild, Steven Rice, siblings, David Tobie, Rickey Plummer, and Walter Tobie, boyfriend, Earl “EJ” Whittaker, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends.
