Beverly G. Gee 84, of Neptune, New Jersey departed this life on Friday, July 5, 2024. She was born on October 9, 1939, in Wyco, West Virginia to John and Naomi Casey. She graduated from Asbury Park High School, Asbury Park, New Jersey, and Wilford Beauty School Ocean, New Jersey.
Beverly retired after 32 years from Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital as a Senior Human Service Technician. She was a parishioner of Saint Peter Claver Roman Catholic Church, Asbury Park, New Jersey where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society and later a parishioner of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, Asbury Park, New Jersey. She was a lifelong member of the (IBPOEW) Elks Asbury Park, New Jersey.
Beverly was known for her good cooking and generosity towards those in need. Everyone could count on her kindness and advocacy for human/civil rights. She enjoyed crocheting blankets in various patterns and sewing during her free time. Her love for her son-in-law was evident to anyone who knew or met her. She would smile radiantly and tell everyone she met that Mark was the BEST son-in-law. Mark would go with her to multiple doctor's appointments and get her ice cream from Rita's afterward.
Beverly is predeceased by her husband, Milton Gee, sister, Gloria Burnett. She is survived by her daughters, Contrina (Mark) Warren and Cheryl Rogers, grandchildren, Mychelle (Elias) Perez, Chad Warren, and Shanice Rogers, two great-grandchildren, sister, Shirley Hodge, brother, Ronald (Geraldine) Casey, and a host of family and friends.
