 LIFE'S JOURNEY

From the beginning to the end
Life is all about the journey
The trials and tribulations
The highs, the lows, the pain and the joy

MY WIFE, MY BEST FRIEND

It’s so hard to say good-bye
I didn’t want to watch you go
Knowing I cannot follow
Until it’s my turn to go.

I asked for more time with you
GOD touched me and whispered in my ear.
So, I will be strong as you journey home
Where other loved ones await you there.

Still I hear your voice and see
The smile of you, my wife, my best friend
I pick up the phone and start to dial
Forgetting you are in Heaven.

We had many laughs and wonderful good times.
My Memories are endless
At that moment when you left
A part of me left with you.
Like a child, I cried and cried.

I will love you forever and ever
My wife, my best friend.

Your Husband
John (Mickey)
