Annie Faye Paschal, AKA Ida, 77, of Neptune, NJ passed away after a short illness on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born on January 6, 1944 in Greenville, NC to Alton and Dora Palmer.
She was employed as a seamstress at Joe Ann’s Coat factory, Red Bank, NJ for a number of years. Annie also worked at Dunkin Donuts, and the remainder of her employment was spent at Lairds (Apple Jack) of Colts Neck, NJ for over 20 years. She worked at Lairds until her early retirement due to illness.
Anna Faye lived in Tinton Falls, NJ for approximately 15 years, but always called Red Bank, NJ her home. She moved to Neptune, NJ in 2015 where she resided until her passing. She was married to Edward P. Pashal until they were divorced in the late 1970s.
She was predeceased by her father, Alton Otis Palmer, mother, Dora Elizabeth Palmer, brothers, Lee Drew Smith, Alton (Buddy) Palmer, Jr., and Jessie James King, four sisters, Mildred Ennis, Magdalene Green, Mollie Shaw, and Joanne (Shirley) Palmer, and son, Anthony O. Palmer who passed away in 2008.
Annie is survived by her two daughters, Adrienne Searight Reo and husband, Michael J. Reo of Neptune, NJ, and Madena Ann Paschal Williams and husband, Tommy J. Williams of Red Bank, NJ, four grandchildren, Rasheena S. Harper of Middletown, NJ, Destiny Taylor of NJ, Nasheena A. Paschal Taylor of Asbury Park, NJ, and Michael Scarlett of Trenton, NJ whom came into her life in 2010 after the untimely death of his father and her son, Anthony O. Palmer, great grandchildren, Briele E. Harper, Jermaine Freeman, Jr., Craishon Harper, Cam’ron Harper, Che Jr., Chevonne, Chaleyse, Che Taylor, III, and Dominique Smith, great great grandchildren, Kaden, Kyeir Harper, Elkino Dawkin, Heaven McGee, and Angie Scarlett, a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends, especially, Marilyn Jones and the rest of her spades partners whom she loved dearly.
