Robert Shilique Calhoun was born on July 22,1978 to Evelyn Calhoun and the late Robert Conte in Long Branch, New Jersey. He departed this life on January 22, 2023.

Robert grew up in Freehold, NJ before moving to Asbury Park, NJ. He was educated in the Freehold Regional School District from which he graduated. He loved cars, trucks, motorcycles, dogs, his family, and food! Everywhere he went, he would make a friend and he had plenty of them to go out with. He loved everyone, especially his mom.

Robert will be remembered by his famous quotes, "Same thang man!" and "I'll be alright!". He was very strong, even as a child and that didn't dissipate in adulthood. When illness struck his body, he kept walking at the beach and visiting his family. No matter what came his way, Robert found strength to continue to live, love and laugh. His smile would light up any room and will forever light up our hearts.

Robert is predeceased by his father, Robert Conte, brother, Toyson Jackson, and niece, Sciasia Calhoun. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Evelyn K. Calhoun, sisters, Cynthia Calhoun, Valerie Calhoun, Shirleen Dupree, Shavon Palmer, Latosa Suit, Latoya West, and Alexis Wheeler, brothers, Robert Carney, Robert West, and Shawn Cross, nieces, Aiesha McKeller, Teeaya Smith, Dayshia Calhoun, Hydeeya Calhoun, and Star Mimes, nephews, Taabef Smith, Daquin Calhoun, Jakeem Calhoun, Shilique Calhoun, John Mimes, Jr., Kaymar Calhoun, and MyKing Artis, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends!
