Patricia Ann Richbow, 64, of Neptune, NJ passed away surrounded by her family and friends on Friday, July 27, 2018. She was born on February 12, 1954 in Sumter, South Carolina to the late John "Tommy" Williams and Rebecca "Essie Mae" Williams.
She graduated from Neptune Senior High School in Neptune, NJ. After graduating from school, she attended Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, NJ. She has been a member of Second Baptist Church since a young child.
Patricia was employed by the Asbury Park Press for 30 years in the Classified Department. After she retired, Patricia spent a large portion of her time hanging out with her grandchildren. She loved playing games with her granddaughter, Jaelyn, and having "girl" time with Ciara. Chazz was the apple of his mother's eye (his Dad too). Her heart melted whenever she spoke to him.
Patricia was an avid reader of books, she loved to attend shows, concerts and movies. She enjoyed going to Atlantic City, and loved spending time with her family. Often, she would be found relaxing on the couch and watching her favorite show the Family Feud.
She was predeceased by her father, the late John "Tommy" Williams. She leaves to cherish her legacy her childhood sweetheart and husband of 39 years, Charlie Richbow, Sr.; son, Charlie (Chazz) Richbow, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; special daughter, Sade' Williams of Neptune, NJ; grandchildren, Ciara and Jae'Lyn Richbow of Toms River, NJ; mother, Rebecca "Essie Mae" Williams of Neptune, NJ; brothers, Shalaby Akbar (Jameelah) of Trenton, NJ, Gregory Williams of Neptune, NJ, and Wayne Williams (Debbie) of Neptune, NJ; sisters, Eunice Dais (Charles) of Jonesboro, GA, Marsha Nelson (Audwin) of Hamilton, NJ, and Tracy Davis (Joe) of Ewing, NJ; brother in laws, Rash Richbow (Dell) of Columbia, SC, Sarah Hopkins Richbow of SC, McKinnley Richbow, James Richburg (Vernette) of Ocean Township, NJ, and Thomas Alston of Chester, PA; sister in laws, Regetha Richbow of Horatio, SC, and Martha Ann of SC; godchildren, Sultan Childs of Neptune, NJ, Tamiko Childs-Crocker of VA, and Dayshawn; special friends, Carol Childs, Benita Smith Stewart, Pat McCray, and Carol Bronson of Neptune, NJ; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
