Obituary

"To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.  A time to lie down."  Loistine Ingram was born on September 16, 1953 to the late George and Lois L. Ingram in Macon, GA.  "And a time to die."  She passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on August 13, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

"A time to Plant".  Much love was planted as she shared her life with her parents, siblings, children, and friends.  "A time to weep and a time to laugh."  Even though Lois was sick for many years, her mom and dad, sisters, brothers, and children always ensured that she was a part of the family fellowship.  "A time to embrace."  Lois was a very loving person.  Throughout her illness she tried to care for the other patients in the nursing home in which she resided.

"A time to gain."  Lois was blessed with three beautiful children, two sons and one daughter.  As a very young child she, along with her family, moved to Freehold, New Jersey and resided there until she became ill.

Lois joined Second Baptist Church in Freehold, New Jersey, now called New Beginnings Christian Center.  She served faithfully in the Choir, Nurse's Unit, and was also a liturgical dancer.  Throughout her illness she constantly read her bible.  It was always opened to one of her favorite scriptures.

She was predeceased by a brother, Sylvester Ingram, in March 1991; a sister, Hattie C. Ingram, in June 1962; parents, George and Lois Ingram; and grandson, Julian T. Ingram, Jr.

She leaves to lovingly cherish her memory her two sons, Michael Anthony Ingram, Julian Tyrone Ingram; one daughter, LaTonya Anita Ingram; five brothers, Lenzie and Ora Ingram of Freehold, NJ, Cleveland and Sharon Ingram of Atlanta, GA, George Ingram, Jr., Ronnie and Wendy Ingram, and Kenneth Ingram; four sisters, Annie M. Peggy Ingram and James Savage, Regina Ingram and Calvin Fenn, Talaya Ingram, and Louise Holley; eight grandchildren, Altergue Ingram, Kiana Ingram, Dahmeer Ingram, Myles Ingram, Zyhare Smith, Symphony Ingram, Kayla Wilson, and Tamara Thomas.

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall soar on wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not be faint."
