Julia Louise Waters departed this earthly life for her heavenly home on Wednesday, August 3,2022 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, New Jersey. She was born July 23, 1947, to James and Edna Waters.

She attended the Lakewood School system and graduated in 1965. She was a Licensed Insurance Claims Adjuster at the Trade Center in New York for many years. She was also a Certified Nursing Assistant for Monmouth County.

She was predeceased by her parents James and Edna Waters, sister Joan Betty (JB) Waters. She leaves to cherish her memory one brother, James Waters and his wife Marilyn, Atlanta, GA, two sisters, Esther Greene, Toms River, NJ and Jeannette Hayes, Lakewood, NJ, three aunts, cousins, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
