John Arthur Jones, 58, of Asbury Park, New Jersey passed away in his home on March 8, 2017.

He was a Iife long resident of the shore area and was very loved by everyone. Brother John had an active life. He enjoyed playing cards, watching his DVD's, and taking trips to New York. He was a very hard worker detailing cars.

John was predeceased by his father, John Jones Sr.; mother, Louise Person Jones; sisters, Hazel, Mary, Frances, and Vera; and brother, William Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memories his sisters, Ann, Cathey, and Celeste; five children, Lakisha Basket, Jamar Spencer, Aaron Jones, Warren Jones and Camille Jones; ten grandchildren, Sanai, Nasai, Zahnae, Zion, Azari, Tatianna, Leiama, Shanya, Kaliah, and Isiah; a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends, and very special friend, Thomas Young.
