Joannie E. Kyles Foster, 46, passed away peacefully on Friday December 22, 2017 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. She was born on October 21, 1971 in Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey to Elizabeth Kyles and Bobbie Livingston.

Joannie was educated in the Asbury Park School system, Asbury Park, New Jersey. She worked for the Asbury Park School District and Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

She was a beautiful, generous, and very kind hearted woman.  Joannie's greatest gift was that she saw only the good in every person she met.  She was a terrific wife and friend to her husband, Kelly, a great mother, sister, grandmother, friend, and an all-around strong powerful lady with a heart of gold. She was loved by all.

When Joannie passed away the world lost a precious jewel, her love was priceless. She is now at rest and safe in the arms of the Lord. The memory of her beautiful soul will be with all who loved her until the day they are all joined together by her loving side.

She is survived by her husband, Kelly Foster; son, Dernell J. Kyles; daughters, Shaneece S. Kyles, and Tiiana L. Barnes; four grandchildren, Elijah Kyles, Cae'Den Kyles, Ny'King Kyles, and Cameron Kyles; sister in law, Jessica Foster; mother in law, Patricia Foster; and a host of other family and friends.
