Isabell D. Grant passed away on Tuesday, Jan 7, 2014 at home surrounded by her family.  She was a native of Savannah, GA until relocating to NJ in 1962.

Isabell was predeceased by her husband, Jacob Grant, Sr; parents, Vernon and Emmaline Cooper; granddaughters, Denise Hines and Tamika Grant; and son in law, Carl Hines.

She was survived by her sons, Willie (Fat Daddy) Ramsey of Asbury Park, NJ with whom she had lived, and Jacob (Rolanda) Grant of Neptune, NJ; daughters, Sue Hines of Lakewood, NJ, and Rosemary Grant of Savannah, GA; sister, Vernita Little of Eatontown, NJ; brothers, James Cooper of Neptune, NJ, Thomas Cooper of San Diego, CA, and Truman Cooper of Akron, OH; 30 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
