Felicia Palmer Woods, 49, of Neptune, NJ (formerly of Red Bank, NJ) passed away at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 after a long battle with lung cancer.  She was born in Long Branch, NJ on September 9, 1965 to Moses Woods, Sr. and Shirley Palmer.

Felicia was raised in Red Bank, but made her home in Neptune, NJ.  She attended Red Bank Regional High School, and then devoted the rest of her life to raising her three sons alone.  She was a frugal woman but enjoyed occasional trips to Atlantic City and spending time with her dog, Skeet.

She is predeceased by mother, Shirley Palmer; and brother, Gregory O'Neil Woods.  She leaves to cherish her memories her father, Moses Woods, Sr. and stepmother, Mary Woods of Neptune, NJ; sons, Uquan Clark of Tinton Falls, NJ, Jamil Clark of Asbury Park, NJ, and Taseph Palmer of Neptune, NJ; three grandsons, Ayaire Clark, Diondre Clark, and Joyous Clark; three sisters, Inita Palmer-Kendricks (Melvin) of Florida, Andrea Woods of Neptune, NJ, Tanya Woods (Daniel) of Neptune, NJ; three brothers, Calvin Dumas (Wyolene) of Georgia, Kenny and Moses Williams of Neptune, NJ; seven aunts, Anna Faye Paschal of Red Bank, NJ, Louve Woods of Asbury Park, NJ, Iona Sims, Mary Green, Louise O'Toms, Rosie Thurman, Lily Cherry, all of Georgia; and a host of family and friends.

Viewing will be 10 am Wed, Jan 14 until the time of the funeral service at 12 pm at Calvary Baptist Church, 23 River St, Red Bank.  Interment will follow the service at White Ridge Cemetery, Eatontown.  A repast will be held after the interment at Bates Lodge Elks #220, 306 Shrewsbury Ave, Red Bank.  James H. Hunt Funeral Home, Asbury Park, is in charge of arrangements.
