Dwayne Howard, 39, of Asbury Park, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in his home in Asbury Park, New Jersey. He was the beloved son of the late Shirlean Howard and David Tobie.

He attended the Asbury Park School system and worked at Domino's Pizza for a short period of time before his passing. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew and grandson, who enjoyed life and preferred being alone most of the time.

He was predeceased by his mother, Shirlean Howard; maternal grandmother, Hirlean Howard; and sister, Chenelle Howard.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father, David (Barbara) Tobie of Neptune, NJ; brothers, David Tucker of Toms River, NJ, and Davonte Howard of Asbury Park, NJ; sisters, Alicia Howard and Tracie Howard of Asbury Park, NJ; stepbrother, Augustus Newman of Neptune, NJ; paternal grandmother, Lottie Tobie of Asbury Park, NJ; and host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
