Diane Morris (Cooper) of Neptune, NJ passed away on Sunday December 11, 2016 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born in Long Branch, NJ on September 28, 1959 to Walter Lee and Eunice Cooper (McMullen).

Diane was raised in Neptune, NJ and graduated from Neptune High School in 1978. She was a loving, kind and spirited mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  She loved her job as a Cardiac Monitor Technician at Jersey Shore University Medical Center where she had been employed for approximately 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Lee and Eunice Cooper (McMullen) formerly of Putnam County Eatonton, Georgia.

She is survived by her son, Jermaine C. Morris (37 yrs.), and grandson, Jordan M. Morris (4 yrs.) both of Neptune, NJ; her surviving siblings, Gregory Cooper and sister in-law, Rosalyn of Stone Mountain, GA, Nadine Brown-Cooper and brother in-law, Jerry of Neptune City, NJ, Jeffrey Cooper and sister in-law, Deidre of Elberon, NJ, Jerome Cooper of Neptune, NJ, Theresa Powell-Thompson of Hamilton, NJ, Vernon Thompson of Bradley Beach, NJ, Lori Byers of Eatontown, NJ; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
