Diane Grant, 60, of Manor by the Sea, Ocean Grove, NJ transitioned on Monday, June 8, 2015, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ.  She was born on October 29, 1954 to Joseph and Ruth Grant.

Diane attended Bangs Avenue Elementary and Middle School in Asbury Park, NJ.  She was employed by ARC of Monmouth County for 37 years.  Diane was a member of New Life Tabernacle Church, Asbury Park.  She was also a member of Soroptimist of Monmouth County.

Diane loved watching wrestling and the Yankees.  Her favorite movies were "Rocky", "Dirty Dancing", and she was an avid bowler. Diane was a very loving and gentle soul who exuded her love for God.

Diane was predeceased by her father, Joseph Grant; step-father, Michael Bell;   maternal grandparents, Nellie Thomas and Ralph Edwards, Sr.; 5 aunts, Esther Foushee, Mildred Edwards, Lillian Thomas, Catherine Shepherd, and Shirley Parker; 5 uncles, Ralph Edwards, Jr., James Thomas, George Thomas, Robert Thomas, and Roosevelt Thomas, Jr.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Bell of Bradley Beach; sister, Angela Grant of Neptune; nephew, Jason Grant; and niece, Courtney Franco of New York City; as well as many cousins and friends.
