Christina Lee, 72, of Asbury Park, NJ passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at Neptune Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born on October 16, 1943 in Neptune to Freddie and Gustina Watkins.

Christina was a homemaker who raised not only her children but also helped with raising her extended family. She loved to cook, play bingo, and sit on the porch with an adult beverage. She was a lifelong resident of Neptune before moving to Asbury Park in 1996.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jessie Lee Jr.; her mother, Gustina Randolph; two sisters, Lottie Jean Gray and Barbara Watkins; and her son, David "Southside" Watkins.

She leaves to mourn their loss her daughter, Brenda Jackson of Asbury Park, NJ; two sons, Jessie Lee III of Asbury Park, NJ, and James Jackson Jr. of Neptune, NJ; brother, William Watkins of Plainfield, NJ; granddaughter, Sharon Jackson of Asbury Park, NJ whom she raised; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
