Beatrice V. "Bea-Bea, Bea" Sanders, 75, of Neptune, NJ transitioned from this life on Saturday, August 28, 2021, with her loving family at her bedside. She was born on July 31, 1946, in New Brunswick, NJ, to the late Charlotte (Alston) and Edward Sanders, Sr.

Beatrice attended New Brunswick Public Schools, before moving to Asbury Park, NJ in 1956. She graduated from Asbury Park High School in 1964. She lived all of her adult life in Asbury Park, before moving to Neptune, NJ in 2010.

Beatrice was employed, for many years, by the Greater Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company. Bea enjoyed cooking, good music, and spending time with family and friends. She was a long-time member of Allen Chapel AME Church, Asbury Park, NJ.

She was predeceased by her parents, and her brother, Edward Sanders, Jr. Beatrice leaves to mourn her passing, her devoted sister, Marion; loving sister-in-law, Rovena; two nieces, Sheldon and Kelli; three nephews, Kevin (Adrienne), and Kraig and Kasey; 15 great-nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and acquaintances.
