In the Covid-19 environment not being able to do things in the normal manner, James Hunt Funeral Home was prepared with very effective alternatives. You provided innovative means, an excellent Pastor who officiated and sources that helped compensate for lack of the traditional service we would have liked to have provided for our loved one.

My uncle was very particular concerning the way he dressed and his appearance. He would have approved of the way he looked. The setting surrounding him, the floral arrangement and family pictures were so beautiful and complimentary!

Margaret passed on May 31, 2019, and from the initial phone call to the completion of the final paperwork, the services provided by Hunt's Funeral Home are to be applauded.

There was very little, if any, that was disappointing with you or the staff. Your sensitivity and responsiveness to the family's requests regarding the viewing and memorial service was impeccable. I was most impressed with the livestreaming, thereby permitting other family members who could not attend, to view the service in real time.

There is no question we will use your Funeral Home in the future. The fact is, we have utilized Hunt's Funeral Home, as far back as our grandparents. As pointed out during the family meeting, your services have been outstanding and without compromise.

My name is Kenneth Manuel. My mother, Lois Manuel, passed away on September 30, 2015. Hello , My name is Aaliyah Gamble. I am the granddaughter of Ms.Rose Lee Gist-Gamble. I never got the chance to Thank the James H. Hunt Funeral home for just a beautiful service. I loved my Grandmother so so much beyond what my words could ever explain. Laying her to rest and letting her fly high with Jesus was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life. Although it was a very sad day for My family and I , James H. Hunt funeral home made me very happy that we chose them. The feeling of acceptance and love is around when you are speaking to them and you feel like they really do care about your loss. My Grandmother was also pleased with how things turned out , I know she was in heaven looking down at us like wow , they really made things so nice. Hello my name is Shamika Rosario and my father Irving Johnson memorial service was held at James H. Hunt Funeral Home. I never had to plan a funeral for any of my loved ones before,this was the first. I had no idea where to start, but the staff at Hunts was over and beyond helpful. Not only where they professional, but very compassionate with the family in understanding our grief. The whole process was very smooth with no problems at all. Everything that we needed to know was explained and if we had any other questions, we were encouraged to call and ask. I was very pleased with how my father looked and how the service was presented. When I think back to when I first saw him It brings tears to my eyes, because he looked so beautiful and peaceful. Knowing that someone else who didn't know my father and took such good care of him, in our time of need is dear to me. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.
